Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on Adimudra. Make sure they have valid proof-of-age documents when they're checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can’t book more than one infant per adult. To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you're booking. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using a child fare..
An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that neatly replaces the hassles of a paper ticket. When you purchase an e-ticket, we email it to you after the booking is complete. Simply print it out and bring it with you along with a valid photo ID to the airline counter when checking in for your flight.
A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to recomplete the booking process for the additional travelers.

You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.

Cancelling a flight booking you made on Adimudra is super easy. You can even check your refund amount before you decide to go ahead with the cancellation. Here's how: Log in to your Adimudra Account if you aren't already signed in. Hit the 'Sign in' link on the top right corner of the page. Fill in your username and password on the subsequent page. If you haven't set a password for your Adimudra Account yet, check your inbox for an email with the subject 'Activate your Adimudra Account'. Open this email and follow the instructions within. All your upcoming trips are listed towards the top of your account page. Pick the one you want to cancel and hit the Trip ID associated with it. Hit 'Cancellations' on the trip details page to get started. Don't worry this does not cancel your booking straight away. Select the checkbox against any passenger you would like to cancel and hit 'Review Cancellation' when done. You can only cancel parts of the booking that haven't expired. Reconfirm the passengers you have selected and check the refund amount. Once you are convinced of your selection, hit 'Yes, cancel now'. There is a possibility that the refund amount will be unknown at this stage. That's it - you're done. We will process your refund within 24 hours. Depending on your mode of payment and bank, this may take between 3 to 14 working days to show up on your account statement.

If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request you to cancel your booking online first, by following the steps outlined here. Once you have done this, please send an email to cs@mipayindia.com along with your Trip ID and if you mention that your flight was cancelled, we will make sure you get a full refund, after verifying the same with the airline.Short answer it depends. Long answer the cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. To know what's applicable in your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you're making your reservation (in case you missed it then, you can always go back to your Adimudra Accountand check out your trips pages).
With Adimudra, you can cancel your flight no later than 4 hours before the time of departure. If you need to cancel your reservation within 4 hours of the departure you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation and only then contact Adimudra for cancelling your reservation in the Adimudra system.
The fare will be refunded to the same account you used while you make the booking.Your refund will be processed in below sequence as per the mode of payment you opted while booking: 1. Happy Silver 2. Happy Gold 3. Account/Cards .
We usually process the refund within 4 working days of cancellation. However, it may take slightly longer to reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank. We've noticed that it takes about 14 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts. I still haven't received my refund. Help! We're extremely sorry for the goof up. We strongly recommend that you let us know immediately after cancelling directly with the airline. An amendment is a fancy word for a change in your travel plan. You can change the date or time (or both) of your travel; you cannot, however, change the sector(s) on which you're already booked. For example, if you're booked on a flight from Mumbai to New Delhi, you can't change your destination to Goa. Please note that airline changes are not allowed in case of amendments. However, you can cancel your existing reservation and re-book a different airline of your choice online.
You can make changes to the flight reservation by logging into “My Trip” section. Please follow the steps mentioned below.

2.Click on “My Trips” and select “Upcoming” travel.

4.Select the passenger and route for which you want to reschedule and the new travel date.

6.Once the request is placed our back office team will contact you through email for advising about the airline fee / fare difference / Adimudra fee.
For any changes on Domestic / International flights, a standard HEG service fee of INR 500 per passenger per sector will be applicable. No service fee will be charged for flights cancelled due to lock down.
Once the payment is done and the changes are done by the back office team, Updated e-ticket will be shared on the email id given at the time of booking.
Yes, but do not cancel from your Adimudra Account, call customer support and cancel the same. If you have amended your journey with us or the airline then please cancel your trip 3 hrs. before your amended travel date and time.
Adimudra will stop accepting change request 6 hours prior to flight departure time for all domestic sector (s), for Air India & other International Airlines, 26 hours prior to Flight departure time, except for flights cancelled by the airline.
Yes, trip id / order id will change every time amendment is done in the existing booking.
No, as per the airlines terms changes cannot be made on a lower fare. If the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded.
In case of any rescheduling, you will be charged with the applicable airline’s rebook fee and fare difference, if any. In addition you will be charged for Adimudra Amendment fee.
Fares are of fluctuating nature where it cannot be guaranteed till the time it’s booked, cached data is also widely used by online travel companies. Fare depends on the availability of seats at the final stage of booking.

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. GST CLAIM PROCESS

After implementation of GST from 01.07.2017, as per industry practice, trade partners has to raise the invoice for GST to claim on commission received during the month. So, we have already received GST Invoice from most of the agents with in time frame and we already taken the same in accounts.

Now, we request to all our trade partners to file the GSTR-1 with our GST Number and Commission amount (As per the invoice raised by the Agents), Only after filing GSTR-1, your uploaded details will reflect in our GST Portal GSTR-2. We will make payment only after your uploaded details reflect in our GSTR-2.

If agents do not incorporate requisite details and file GST R-1, then your raised invoice details will not reflect in our GST portal GSTR-2, in that case claimed GST (Invoice Raised) will not be sanctioned under any circumstances.

The bus operators validate e-tickets received on your e-mail, Whatsapp or available on the Adimudra app. But, it is advisable to carry the e-ticket's print out to be on a safer side for a hassle-free travel experience.
Refund will not be initiated if you miss the bus. A refund is initiated in case of bus operator cancels the bus and have not provided any other bus as an alternate option. Please note that Adimudra will not be liable for refund as it can be permitted only by the bus operators.
Browse the Adimudra website or mobile app, go to the Bus section, enter the to and from city name and the journey date. The results displayed will bring forth various bus options. You can apply filters as per your travel preferences, like bus timings, boarding or dropping points, bus operators, bus type (Volvo Bus, AC or Non AC Bus). After deciding the bus, you can also select the seat as per your choice. After selecting the seat you must select the pickup and dropping point before confirming the booking.
Enter the traveller detail on the booking confirmation page. You can also check the current offers and promo codes available on the booking and also redeem GoCash if any. You can protect your journey with Travel Insurance policy. After confirming all the details pay the final amount through payment options like Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking or e-Wallets.
